Changing the homepage URL 

Do you want to change the URL of your homepage on Heureka? Redirect the original domain to the new one and then write to us with this request at [email protected] from the store’s registration email, and we will take care of it.

Keep in mind that the URL cannot be changed if the new domain is already registered on Heureka.

The good news is when you change your domain, all your store history (reviews) will be preserved.
If URL redirection cannot be provided, the new site will need to be registered as a new store. In this case, unfortunately, you will lose all your previous order history, which cannot be transferred in any technical way.
