How to send pictures correctly

The link to the main product image is to be placed in the xml feed under the <IMGURL> tag.

Technical specifications for the correct display of the image

• The minimum required image resolution is 20 x 50 or 50 x 20 pixels (but we recommend at least 175 x 175 pixels) and 30 KB.
• Maximum image size is 4 096 x 4 096 pixels and 2 000 kB.
• The maximum length of the image url address is 255 characters.
• We currently only support .jpeg, .png and .jpg formats.

Images must be universal and generic, ideally on a white background. It must not contain a watermark, discounts, bonuses, a specific seller’s logo or notice of any product advantage, including awards, otherwise they will be blocked.

If you need to upload new images, make sure they have a new URL. Uploading new images with the original URL will not ensure that they are updated and displayed.

We may not always display all store images on product cards. We regularly work on the images and remove duplicates, lower-quality ones, with watermarks, etc..
