Marketplace Statistics

On this page you can find information about Heureka Marketplace statistics, which are available in the store administration.

How do I know which goods I have sold? And in what quantity for the selected period?

In the Order List menu you can see all important information related to orders:

  • Current order status,
  • order number and internal ID,
  • date and time of order creation,
  • e-mail and phone number of the customer,
  • type of payment,
  • online payment status (for pre-paid orders),
  • price of products including VAT and delivery fee + cash on delivery,
  • the total price for the order including fees,
  • net commission.

Orders can be searched and sorted using these filters:

  • Order number,
  • Date of order,
  • Order status,
  • Internal ID,
  • Customer’s name,
  • Customer email,
  • Payment type,
  • Payment status (for pre-paid orders).

The order list can also be downloaded to a CSV or XML file.

When you click on an order number, the details page opens in a new window. Here you will see all the information related to the order (delivery and billing details, selected delivery and payment methods and purchased products). The product is also clickable in the order, redirecting you to a page directly on Heureka.

Under the Order List tab, you can edit the option to send information about orders received, or change the email itself.

How can I find out the total value of my orders in a given period and how much I paid you for commissions, other sales costs, etc.?

In the next menu you can see statistics related to orders. You can find it under the Order Statistics tab, where you can filter the date range and order statuses (new, fulfilled, new+fulfilled, canceled). What can you find here?

  • Three boxes with numbers: Number of orders, Gross value of all orders excluding shipping and payment fees, Net commission on orders.
  • The chart where you see one of these data displayed in the column (Number of orders, Gross value of all orders excluding fees, Net commission on orders). Above the columns you will find a drop down menu where you can select the data you want to see.
  • Three possible views are available for the chart: daily, weekly and monthly. The selected view will affect the chart, the table below it and also the CSV file.

Below the chart you will find a table with data on order dates, numbers, gross order amounts and commissions. If you make changes to these settings, the table will automatically change its contents. You can choose between normal and detailed views, and from the detailed view you can click through to the details of specific orders.
